Please allow 2-5 business days for processing. Shipping time depends on your location and may take between 5-10 business days after processing.
This is normal. The tracking information normally lags behind the true status of your package. If it hasn't updated in over 2 weeks, please contact me hello@shopjunebox.com.
We know how important your order is! June Box provides our customers with the option to track their packages.
If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake.
Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf.
The package may also have been left with property managers, or at the apartment office.
We will always do our best to assist you, but June Box does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

At this time, Junes Box does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges unless the item you have received is damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact us hello@shopjunebox.com with details of the product and the damages. Please attached photos of these damages. I will contact you with further instructions.
All claims must be submitted within the first 3 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees paid on the original purchases are non-refundable.
